He has expertise in software development, planning, designing technological related activities and provides administrative direction and support for daily operational activities. He has worked tirelessly to put the company on the map of reality. He is responsible for the operations of the Company. He holds a Master degree in Computer Application.

A law graduate with experience of more than a decade in finance sector.
He belongs to Jaunpur and possesses a better understanding of financial industries.
Independent Director
CA Govind Sachdev is a professional with over a decade of rich experience in the fields of finance, banking, audit, and taxation.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (FCA) since February 2013 and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with specialization in Finance.
Over the years, he has been extensively engaged in statutory, concurrent, and risk-based audits across diverse sectors, particularly in banking and financial services. His professional journey reflects deep domain knowledge and practical expertise, making him well-suited for governance roles.
Independent Director
A retired banker with experience of more than 36 years in banking and finance.
His last office was as Executive Director in Corporation Bank and prior to this, he was General Manager at Allahabad Bank for more than 2 years. He also held the position of Independent Director for five years in Cent Bank Home Finance Ltd., a housing finance subsidiary of Central Bank of India. Currently he serves on the board of a few Companies as an Independent Director.
He is a PhD in Business Management from Aligarh Muslim University and also a Post Graduate in Agriculture with specialization in Animal Husbandry and Dairy Science from Banaras Hindu University. He is a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers-CAIIB (Indian Institute of Bankers is now known as Indian Institute of Banking and Finance).

Chief Business Officer
A Post graduate (pursuing) with experience of more than 25 yrs into banking, NBFC & Financial Institution handling Structured Lending, Sales, Risk, Funding Policies & Compliance, NPA resolutions, Business Development, Corporate Advisory, Legal & SARFAESI matters.
Worked at Middle & Senior Management with Institutions like Caparo, Reliance Capital, Standard Chartered with expertise into providing out of box financial solutions.
Business Development Head
He plays a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's financial health by ensuring timely recovery of loans and minimizing non-performing assets (NPAs).
He coordinates closely with legal teams to draft notices, negotiate settlements, and initiate proceedings, when necessary, while also supervising field officers to maintain ethical and professional standards.
He is a detail-oriented, compliance-driven, and results-focused leader, consistently demonstrating leadership in reducing NPAs and strengthening stakeholder trust.
Chief Compliance Officer
She is a professional with overall 12 years of experience to her credit in the diversified business activities in legal, compliance and secretarial stream.
She has previously worked with leading NBFCs in Lucknow and Mumbai for several years on Key managerial positions. In Vinayana, she manages regulatory and statutory compliances, policy formulation, vetting of legal agreements, liaisoning with regulators, RTA, auditors and other external stakeholders. She is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and a law graduate from Lucknow University. She also holds post graduation degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
Accounts Manager
Young, dedicated with more than 5 years of working experience with MFI and associated with Vinayana since commencement of its operations.
He was instrumental in setting up the processes, provided all kind of backend support for business development. He is passionate about his work and presently manages account functions of the Company. He is a B.Tech from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow. He also holds post graduation degree in Commerce from a recognized university.
Finance Manager
He has over 5 years of experience in his profession and possesses in-depth knowledge of GST, accounting, and taxation matters.
At Vinayana, he manages accounts and finance functions.
BC-Head
With over 12 years of experience in leading and supporting teams in the finance and banking industry. He manages and grows the business operations of the company, while ensuring high standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
In Vinayana, he heads the BC operations and manages branch formation, team handling, team development, product development etc. He is passionate about delivering excellence and value to the clients of VIFL.
HR Manager
She has 5+ years of experience in her profession and was last associated with Sub K microfinance Ltd. (CSB Bank).
Prior to this, she has also worked with reputed MFIs i.e. Satin and Belstar. She has gained grass root knowledge of the micro finance industry including JLG Model. In Vinayana, she is responsible for managing hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialized, and expert positions, petty cash management, salaries, attendances and staff retention. She is MBA (HR) from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University.
Operation Manager
He has more than 7 years of experience of working on JLG Model with micro finance industry and associated with the Company since commencement of operations.
He manages overall business operation and is known for his proven leadership skills. He is responsible for business growth, branch expansion, client acquisition, overseeing loan recovery processes, policy implementation / execution, and team development.
